Use the “QUOTE” button in the main page of our website. From here, send us your project’s information and we will get back to you with an estimate. Once you approve the estimate, we will convert to an invoice and you can pay for your project to get it started. See our payment terms here.

Our standard artwork setup (digitizing your logo for embroidery) is 2-3 business days. Digitizing is $50.00 flat fee for all left chest or cap logos. Full back logos are quoted on an individual basis. All artwork setup for embroidery by Precision Threads Embroidery, Inc. is the sole property of Precision Threads Embroidery, Inc. If you hire us to embroider your logo, you are strictly paying for the labor and thought process to setup the artwork for embroidery. Due to proprietary digitizing and embroidery techniques, we do not provide copies of our run files.

Precision Threads Embroidery, Inc., offers personalization only on custom embroidery orders. However, this will add to your standard production time. For quantities of 100 pieces or less, the additional production time will be 3 working days. On orders over 100 pieces, please call for a current production schedule time. There is no rush service available on personalization.

Please allow 14-17 business days from the receipt of goods and artwork approval. For a faster turnaround time and if we can accommodate it in our schedule, a rush charge will apply. Please call the shop to inquire availability.

We offer rush services to accommodate our customer’s needs. Please contact us for availability and added price, since rush services are based on our current production schedule.

We typically have a digitized file sewn out and ready for approval within 3-5 business days of receipt of art. Subject to Change. Please discuss with your sales representative.

Actual sew-out approvals are sent for every order and we ask that you review and return your approval or edit requests ASAP so we do not delay working on your order. Any delay in approval will result in a delay in producing your order.

You will receive an e-mail when your order is shipped along with a tracking number to know where your order is. We use UPS for all of our shipping.

For embroidery, there is a 15 color limit, but there are additional fees if you have more than 6 colors.

The minimum is just 12 pieces for direct embroidery. For patches, our minimum is 50 pieces.

Yes. You can do up to 2 color combinations per dozen because we can run multiple different colored item with the same logo.

Yes. However it is best to contact us at 619-289-7953 to ensure we have a spot open for walk-in services.
